I was given this book in exchange for n honest review and I really needed to see what happens to Ginger and Rane and how they would pull themselves out of where they’ve ended up. Especially as they fell in love under unusual circumstances.
The time for war is upon them. Ginger and her newfound family in Harrison must fight for the hard-won freedom they hold dear. When the smoke clears, will things ever be the same again? – Goodreads.com blurb
Not going to add my outline as it will definitely spoil it but oh so worth the read
What a book this was amazing. I got more than I bargained for and I can’t believe I’ve been left with such a cliffhanger.
Bearing in mind I’ve been lucky and fortunate enough not to be in a war but the way Liz described it I was right there with them in the midst of it all. Helicopters, tanks, barracks and all. The characters where so believable and I felt what they were feeling. I felt the guilt, the happiness, the fear, the laughter. Especially when they raided the other sides camp.
I love the character development and I loved the fact that I was kept on my toes. I was also expecting this to be in the last in the series but thankfully it’s not.
Well done Liz can’t wait to see what happens next
